This machine including main mixing machine, oil tank, water tank, control system, heating system, vacuum system, lifting system etc. so it can help customer to operation the machine easily. This machine including slow mixer and homogenizer, it can running stable and get high-quality effect of emulsifying and mixing. This 5-10L Vacuum emulsifying mixer equips wheels it can easy to moving to any room and easy to cleaning.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Lifting system for the main tank
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm
· Heating by electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Oil type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
